Indoor/Outdoor - $25 (only based on openings)
The vendor space includes:
-Two vendor passes
-Two chairs
-Two TBCAF mugs
-Two TBCAF Shirts**
-The Vendor Space available to you will be 6' x 6' if you're indoors
-Outdoor Vendor Spaces will be 10'x10', but you will need your own tent and table(s)! (Tent MUST be brought by vendor for permission to set up. TBCAF will NOT be held liable for any weather related issues, such as rain, or heat exhaustion).
-Free Coffee and Bottled Water delivered to your table by an exclusive Vendor Only Cart.
-Free Wifi for Card Readers.
If Needed:
-Electricity is available to purchase - $10
-If you need Extra Vendor Passes (max 2 extra) - $10 each
-Extra Vendor Passes include a t-shirt if purchased before 9/1/22
PLEASE NOTE: ALL VENDORS WILL NEED THEIR OWN TABLE. TBCAF WILL NOT BE PROVIDING TABLES TO VENDORS.
Load in time for vendors for this event will be Saturday, October 8, 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM. Customers may arrive to your station (if outdoors) as early as 8:30 AM during the first session (due to early outdoor entrance). Please be prepared to receive their business.
Booth purchase is for the entirety of the event, and vendors are expected to stay for the entirety of the event.
TBCAF will place vendors in such a way as to create a flow of traffic to each table (Indoors/Outdoors based on vendor booth purchase).
Booth purchases are only refundable up to 9/8/22. After 9/8/22, booth purchases are non-refundable.
We will be positioning gaps between booths for walkways, but they will not be display areas. DCN/TBCAF has the right to place decor behind vendor tables that will assist in hanging artwork/products (it will not take away from your products), but this decor is not guaranteed. Thus, please plan on bringing your own materials to hang/display your artwork/products behind your table. Vendors are responsible to bring all things necessary to hang their own work and are not guaranteed any backdrops nor assistance in hanging their products. Vendors will NOT be moved from the positions they are assigned.
*There is ONLY One Vendor Booth Per Entity.
**These passes include a Free TBCAF Tee Shirt if you order before (9/1/22). If, for any reason, Vendor does not attend the day of event, Vendor's shirts are forfeited as a donation to Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival.
Please be aware, some entities will be receiving larger spaces due to sponsorships, endorsements, and partnerships.
Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival has the right to revoke/cancel any Vendor for any reason. If revoked/canceled, Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival will refund that Vendor for their ticket price.
If, for any reason, Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival (TBCAF) will need to change locations and/or date(s), TBCAF will notify Vendor as early as possible with updated details. Vendor will be given two (2) weeks from the announcement of the new location/date/time to request cancellation and/or refund of ticket purchase(s).

Vendor Limitations
Before applying, we want to better explain that we do have some parameters and limitations on who all will be able to vend at the Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival. TBCAF is considered a family-friendly event which will limit some of what can be sold/displayed.
- What TBCAF is looking for in vendors:
- Quality, Craft, Artistic, Well-Branded, Media Content (active), and Family Friendly
- What will get an immediate “no” from TBCAF
- Strong sexual content (such as erotica, pornagraphic imagery, etc.)
TBCAF does not allow nudity that is “meant to be sexually gratifying (like pornography),” but there are instances where nudity can have scientific value, like a picture with imagery of a medical professional conducting a physical examination, or a nude display of a human (or humans). - Racist, political, religious, or violent hate examples (which can include most anti-style works)
- Strongly religious merchandise (including but not limited to: witchcraft, cultural idol figures, cult-like, the occult, and even “Bible-thumping” Christianity)
Disclaimer, this does not include cultural specific merchandise such as traditional Arabic/Greek pottery, cultural masks, etc. - Resellers attempting to sell items that would normally be purchased from big-box stores (branded shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, fidget spinners, etc.)
- Lack of works displayed (examples: Very little information and pictures available about the Vendor’s works).
- Strong sexual content (such as erotica, pornagraphic imagery, etc.)
- TBCAF is allowed to have subjective calls
- TBCAF is allowed to reject any applications for any reason
- Some works may be considered “too much” for the TBCAF event, and a Vendor Committee will be making judgment calls as needed.
- Profanity - While the staff of TBCAF are not personally offended by profanity, we do know that many could be at a “family friendly” based event. Profanity is discouraged at this event, but not in a “moral” sense.
- In the case of having numerous vendors in the same category
- Currently, while we are still growing, we want to limit competition between vendor types. For example, if we have 5 craft candle vendors apply, we would only accept 1 or 2 of them and put the others on a waitlist (based on time of application).
- Other limitations may arise/adjust over time

Even if we are booked, we will accept and review all applications. We want to build a community of Florida's finest vendors. And if we continue to grow, we will have more room at the next event and can keep in contact.
When posting about vendors each year we will always invite more applicants (even if we are booked).
