Our event is curated and NOT first-come, first-served; the order that we receive applications does not have an impact on whether you receive a table. Space is limited, but even if we are booked, we will accept and review all applications. We want to build a community of Florida's finest vendors!
Please limit your application to one creator submission; we cannot accept applications from publishers or other group submissions. The above form is not a contract. If your request is accepted, you will then be sent a payment link and further details.
Vendor Table Fees:
If accepted into Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival, you agree to all the terms and conditions for participation in the event.

- Outdoors: $75
- Electricity: $25
- Extra Vendor Pass: $10
