We have several opportunities for individuals and businesses to sponsor Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival. All sponsorship options are used to support our mission to Inform, Inspire and Empower artists, musicians and entrepreneurs in the Tampa Bay community.

$150 - Vending Sponsor

  • Table at event to sell/promote

$300 - Event Sponsor - Tier 1

  • All items included in Vendor Sponsor
  • Signage at the event

$500 - Event Sponsor - Tier 2

  • All items included in Vendor and Tier 1
  • Email blast announcing sponsorship
  • Sponsored social posts announcing sponsorship

$700 - Entry Package Sponsor

  • Logo on Co-Branded Entry Package tote
  • All items included in Vendor, Tier 1, Tier 2
  • Email blast announcing sponsorship
  • Sponsored social posts announcing sponsorship.

Water Sponsor

  • Impressions - 200+ (all water bottles will be handed out day of event)
  • We will put out 2-4 water bottles on every vendor table prior to their arrival
  • We will put out water bottles in volunteer/staff area, give them to performers, and place them in the refreshment room for all vendors
  • Only one water sponsor per event
  • Cost: Provide water bottles (200+) for staff, volunteers, and vendors with your promotional label
