Coffee Roaster Application

The Full Details:
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A FEATURED ROASTER.
In consideration of the Event, the Roaster shall perform the following duties:
-1)Completing paperwork as/if needed
-2)Promotion of the Event by:
--A)Social Media (Occasionally posting about upcoming attendance at Event, including tagging of the TBCAF Facebook Event Page where applicable) - Minimum of two (2) posts.
--B)Physical marketing material of the Event where applicable (provided by DCNoise).
-3)To have license to sell / handle / give away food / beverage at Event
-4)To be set up and ready to go at least 30 minutes prior to the Event starting on October 8, 2022.
-5)To provide at least a 2 oz. sample of coffee (hot or cold) to each attendee
--A)Every attendee will have a lanyard with a "tasting pass". Each Roaster will cross off their own logo from the lanyard to mark that the attendee received their sample from that featured Roaster.
--B) This is considered the "cost of entry".
-6)Every Featured Roaster needs to provide an updated logo for the Company to use in their marketing material.
--A)This logo should be 300 DPI and in one of the following formats: PSD, PNG, AI, PDF, or JPG
--B)The logo should be submitted along with the signed Agreement
-7)Every Featured Roaster has the potential to be welcomed to teach/host an educational panel at the Event.
--A)If selected (via email) and agreed (via email), Roaster would use panel time to educate attendees on coffee within the topic agreed upon.
--B)Roaster would need to complete their panel within the designated time.
--C)Roaster may use the panel as an opportunity to market themselves or their services as long as it is tasteful and still educational in regards to the topic of the panel.
PERMISSIONS OF THE ROASTER.
Roaster will have the ability to sell merchandise and food/beverages at Event (as long as they have license to do so).
Roaster has permission to use Event name and logo in the use of promoting the event (and their attendance of it). An electronic Press Kit will be provided to the Roaster from DCNoise.
WHAT THE ROASTER CAN EXPECT.
Standard 120 volt electricity (one or more outlets).
Access to free wi-fi internet.
One or two of the following: Indoor table space, outdoor table space, outdoor trailer/truck space. (The space arrangement will be explained to Roaster closer to the Event date (via email), but with enough time to plan accordingly. If Roaster has specific needs, Roaster should explain those needs to the Roaster Coordinator (Justin Hatton).
TBCAF'S PERMISSIONS.
With the digital signature in the application, along with written confirmation of attendance (via email), TBCAF has permission to:
Use Roaster's logo, or likeness of their logo in all promotional photo/audio/video content on all social media platforms.
Share Roaster's confirmation of attendance on any platform.
To take photos of Roaster (including employees) at Event and use photos as promotional material indefinitely for future TBCAF promotions.
SALES AT EVENT.
No sales are guaranteed, but all sales that your company makes can be kept (no commission nor percentage is expected).
