No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Raffle entries are earned entirely through free in-app activity — scanning vendor QR codes, rating vendors, writing tasting notes, and completing challenges — and cost nothing. Making a purchase from any vendor does not increase your chances of winning and is not required to participate.

This raffle is sponsored by Diversified Christian Noise, 1103 E Camellia Drive, Brandon, FL 33510, organizer of the Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
Open only to individuals who are physically present at the Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entries cannot be earned remotely — you must be at the festival scanning vendor QR codes to earn points and entries. Employees, vendors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period
Entries may be earned only during the festival: October 24, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. Entries earned or saved after 4:30 PM ET on October 24, 2026 will not be counted.
How to Enter and Earn Entries
You earn 1 raffle entry for every 100 points, and points are earned by scanning vendor QR codes, rating vendors, writing tasting notes, and completing in-app challenges — all free actions available to any attendee with the app. Entries are allocated to specific prizes from the Raffle Prizes screen in the app; unallocated entries are not automatically entered into any drawing.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each prize during the entry period. Sponsor cannot guarantee specific odds in advance.
Prizes
Prizes and their approximate retail value (ARV) are listed in the Raffle Prizes screen in the app at the time of entry. Prizes are donated by participating vendors/sponsors and are awarded as-is, with no cash-equivalent substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate retail value refers to the value of the physical prize itself — raffle entries and points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries for each prize on October 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM Eastern Time, at or near the festival venue. Winners will be notified via the contact information associated with their account and/or announced at the event. Prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to this raffle. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions of the app or scanning equipment. Any tax liability associated with a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
