Payment/Purchase of this ticket acknowledges that you have read and agree to any and all terms explained below and on the Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival Website regarding vendor involvement/tickets/attendance/etc.
Tampa Bay Coffee and Art Festival will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019

****WAITING LIST DEPOSIT****
Only available if we have a last minute cancellation - $40
Please note, the waiting list deposit is refundable if no one cancels.
This ticket includes:
-A space reserved at both sessions*
-Free Coffee and Bottled Water delivered to your table by an exclusive Vendor Only Cart.
-Free Wifi for Card Readers.
-Two Vendor Passes and Two Free Tee Shirts.***

Deposit can only be refunded if:
- Cancellation is before 8/1/19
- Food truck vendor attends both sessions (in which case, food vendor will receive refund by end of day, Oct. 5, before leaving the campus).

Load in time for food trucks for this event will be Saturday, October 5, 7:30 AM - 9:15 AM. Customers may arrive to your station as early as 9:30 AM during the first session, and as early as 2:30 PM during the second session (due to early entrance). Please be prepared to receive their business.
*There is ONLY One Vendor Space Per Entity.
Space purchase is for both time slots of the event, and vendors are expected to attend both time slots.
Vendors will be placed in such a way as to create a flow of traffic to each space (Indoors/Outdoors based on vendor space purchase)
Space purchases are only refundable as a cancellation up to 8/1/19. After 8/1/19, space purchases are non-refundable.
**We will be positioning gaps between tables for walkways, but they will not be display areas. DCN has the right to place decor behind vendor tables that will assist in hanging artwork/products (it will not take away from your products), but this is not guaranteed. Thus, please plan on bringing your own materials to hang/display your artwork/products behind your table. Vendors are responsible to bring all things necessary to hang their own work and are not guaranteed any backdrops nor assistance in hanging their products. Vendors will NOT be moved from the positions they are assigned.
***These passes include a Free TBCAF Vendor Tee Shirt if you order before (9/1/19). If, for any reason, Vendor does not attend the day of event, Vendor's shirts are forfeited to Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival.
Please be aware, some entities will be receiving larger spaces due to sponsorships, endorsements, and partnerships.
Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival has the right to revoke/cancel any Vendor for any reason. If revoked/canceled, Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival will refund that Vendor for their ticket price.
If, for any reason, Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival (TBCAF) will need to change locations and/or date(s), TBCAF will notify Vendor as early as possible with updated details. Vendor will be given two (2) weeks from the announcement of the new location/date/time to request cancellation and/or refund of ticket purchase(s).
