Tampa Bay Coffee & Art Festival (TBCAF) is a craft coffee and art festival designed to bring people and roasters together. It’s not just another vending experience. We cater the entire event to creating new customers for all of our vendors. At this event, we create an atmosphere intended to foster long-lasting relationships with new customers!

When you sign up to be a roaster for TBCAF, you’re getting the opportunity to get your brand and your knowledge in front of hundreds of new, potential customers in a SINGLE DAY! TBCAF is a great place to meet new customers and set yourself apart as a thought-leader in the space with the following opportunities:
• Vendor table at the event
• Opportunity to host a panel
• Social media promotion leading up to the event
• Email blasts to our customer base
• Listing on website
PLUS, all roasters are welcome and ENCOURAGED to bring their wares and sell to attendees during the event! Cold brew, drip, French press, espresso, tumblers, apparel, whole bean coffee, bring it all!

What do I have to brew?
Here’s the thing. There’s always a catch. We can’t just give this stuff away for free. Oh, wait, yeah we can. And so can you! In exchange for this opportunity, we simply ask that all of our roasters provide bulk brewed coffee tasting samples to attendees throughout the event. That’s it. All you have to do is get people hooked on your coffee. Sounds easy enough, right?
